Liquor Store Attendants Needed At Ice House Tavern Canada
Description
We are looking for happy, friendly, welcoming, self motivated, dedicated and hard working individuals to work in The Ice House Liquor Store.
Must be available evening and weekends. Shifts will be Weekdays, evenings till 10pm. Approx 32-36hrs/week. A variety of shifts are available.
All applicants must be 19 or older and must have completed the Serve It Right Saskatchewan program.
Occasionally the candidate will need to fill in a few shifts as needed and potentially work on a holiday.
Job Details:
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Providing above average customer service
- Stocking and facing product on the shelves and in storage
- Daily dusting and cleaning requirements
- Lifting and stocking of products up to 50lbs
- Stocking an organizing store front and storage areas
- Knowledge of Alcohol products – heavy wine knowledge and knowledge in craft beers and spirits
- Complete understanding of Liquor License Regulations
- TIPS certification a plus
- Ensuring all sales and service actions are in accordance with the provincial legislation and company guidelines
- Capable of efficiently and effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Capable of learning and operating a POS System as well as understanding of credit and debit procedures
- Understanding of basic mathematical principles
- Capable of performing other job related duties as outlined by management

- Previous liquor retail experience preferred
